Email + intro chat
Send us a note. We'll reply within 7 days with either a "let's talk" or an honest "not a fit". The first call is 30 minutes — both ways.

Practical assignment
A small, real-world task — 4–6 hours of work. We pay for senior assignments. We won't ask you to "design our entire app" for free.

Team interviews
Meet 3–4 future colleagues. Deep-dive on craft, plus a no-script values conversation. Bring your questions — we'll bring honest answers.

Offer + references
Verbal offer within 48 hours of the final round. Written offer after a couple of reference calls — both ways. We let you talk to anyone here.
