Why don't you publish prices on the website?

Because the same buyer browsing this page might be a 3-store retail chain or a 100-crore enterprise. Publishing flat prices would either price the small one out unfairly, or under-quote the large one and leave us bleeding service margins. A 30-minute call costs you nothing and gives you accurate numbers.

Are setup fees the same for everyone?

No. WhatsApp green-tick approvals are free. DLT setup is a one-time cost that depends on entity registration status. Custom CRM development setup depends entirely on integration scope. Always disclosed upfront, never bundled into hidden line-items.

How is messaging billed?

Cost-plus on official Meta + Indian telecom rates with a small platform margin. Monthly statements show: messages sent, cost from carrier, our markup, total. You see exactly where every rupee went.

Do you have a free trial?

What's the contract minimum?

For Reach (communication APIs): month-to-month, no minimum. For Grow (marketing retainers): typically 3-month minimum because campaigns need time to compound. For Build (development): milestone-based per-project. Enterprise contracts: typically annual.

What's the refund policy?

Pro-rata refunds on prepaid messaging credits and unused subscription days. Custom development follows milestone-based terms — if a milestone is materially missed by us, that milestone fee is refundable. Detailed in our Refund Policy.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We're aligned with India's DPDP Act, follow ISO-style security practices, and sign NDAs before sharing anything detailed. Your data, contacts, and campaign history stay yours. We don't sell, share, or train models on it.
